• Fragmented Data Sources: Valuable business data was scattered across a third-party legacy ERP system and flat files affecting business efficiency.  

• Lack of Unified Systems: Each of the 9 plants had independent setups, preventing a consolidated source of truth and hampering operation.  

• Limited Business Visibility: The finance department and top management lacked a complete view of the entire business.  

• Complex Data Management: Data management and modeling were done using SQL scripting, limiting usability for non-technical users.
